The dialog that I refer to

On Gnome (wayland) the eclipse GUI is very usable even without restarting it after a zoom change. It would be very convenient if there was a way to suppress the dialog because it keeps appearing every time you zoom out the desktop to select another application.

I do all my work in a lab VM environment, and I use a hi-res monitor with 150% zoom in Windows. When I RDP to a VM, RDP does a little bit of resizing magic, and Eclipse (which I almost always have open) asks me to restart because it had to change the zoom. This always happens when I connect, but sometimes happens even when I've just jumped away and then back to my RDP window. But the zoom settings were selected to match what the final zoom results are, so I need a way to make it stop asking me this question.
