This is a follow up ticket to https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=140571

I understand, that view settings are not part of preferences and are hence not exported/imported. But actually this is not true.

The Java->Appearance preferences page contains the following properties:
* Show members in Package Explorer
* Fold empty packages ... in Package Explorer
* Use modified icons ... (I assume, this applies to Package explorer as well)
* Sort library entries alphabetically in Package Explorer

As well as some more general appearance properties, that apply to Package Explorer, but to other views as well.

And the Export has the option to include
* Problems View Configuration
* Taks View Configuration

I suggest to
1) move these Package Explorer only properties to the Package Explorer's local configuration (via three vertical dots context menu).
2) Make Package Explorer Configuration a part of export and import just like Problems View's and Task View's.
