ManualTests folders currently are:
  tests\org.eclipse.swt.tests.cocoa\Manual Tests
  tests\org.eclipse.swt.tests.gtk\ManualTests
  tests\org.eclipse.swt.tests.win32\ManualTests

Let's rename 'Manual Tests' on macOS to not have the space, following the established naming scheme on other platforms.
