The current "Manage..." button is very prominent for an action that's use not so frequently. Moreover, this action is most relevant when dealing with "Contact all update sites..." is ticked.
We should consider merging both widgets to lighten a bit the wizard and to improve in consistency.
The Manage... button could be removed and the "all update sites" part of the "Contact all update sites..." checkbox should be a link to the preference page opened as opened by the current Manage... button.
