bidi bug in text editor

I've recently updated to Eclipse 4.17 RC1 and BIDI support is broken. Java editor and text editor both render RTL text buggy. I've checked that "Enable bidirectional support" is checked in preferences and restarted Eclipse. Still no success.

For exmple:
یک دو سه
is rendered as:
سه دو یک
