To reproduce this bug first create a new text file and modify it so that it becomes dirty(don't save). Close the editor without saving. When Save Resource dialog pops up select the dialog item "Don't Save". Notice the Save All toolbar button stays enabled. The expected behavior would be for the Save All toolbar button to be disabled.
