Eclipse is crashing during startup

Which version of Eclipse are you using?
Does Eclipse start when you use another JVM, not an OpenJ9 JVM?
Is the org.eclipse.equinox.security.win32.x86_64 jar valid? It seems that the native dll in there is not loaded correctly.
