Resource manager and Content assist

Eclipse is really getting better and better, thank you team for your hard work!
But there is a suggestion that the Eclipse team can adopt and improve:
1. I hope that the font of the project explorer can be enlarged and the background color can be customized
2. I hope that the font of the content auxiliary window can be enlarged, and the background color can be customized
Content assist is the most frequently used by developers. Because the font is too small, the eyes are tired. I hope to improve it. Thanks a lot!
