OS: Linux, v.4.15.0-109-generic, x86_64 / gtk 3.22.30
Java version: 11.0.7


Steps to reproduce

1. Open Eclipse
2. Open Window > Preferences > General > Appearance > Colors and Fonts 
3. Select the preference "tree and table font for views"
4. Click edit button
5. Select any italic font
6. Click apply. You can see the the font of all the tree and table view changed to italic
7. Click reset button. This will cause removal of bold if applied but the italics stay on till restart of eclipse

I cannot reproduce this on a current nightly build on Windows.

I noticed this on Ubuntu. probably linux only error
