4.17, I20200615-1800, Mac OS

I am using dark OS theme on Mac but I want to use light theme for Eclipse.

My main Eclipse workspace is configured to use the light theme. When I launch a new runtime workbench for Eclipse (child/inner Eclipse), it opens up in dark theme. I think this is because my OS is in dark mode. 

As a user, I would like to see my new runtime eclipse getting launched with the same theme that I am using in the main IDE irrespective of my OS theme.
