After upgading to 2020-06 from 2020-03, the runtime is about 100 times slower, with several seconds lag just switching tabs. Major latency across the board

Please provide some jstacks or profiling data.
Please also provide your system configuration : Java, GTK3 version, X11 or Wayland, which Linux distribution.
