With Bug 550434 most of the p2.inf files that tried to simulate the Require-Capability header were removed. It seems that p2 now is able to interprete the information provided in the MANIFEST.

There are still 2 p2.inf files in runtime for
- org.eclipse.e4.core.di.extensions.supplier
- org.eclipse.e4.core.services

For consistency those files should also be removed.
