"Refresh using native hooks or polling" is reset every time eclipse is restarted. 

Steps to reproduce:

Window -> Preferences -> Workspace

In Workspace settings uncheck "Refresh using native hooks or polling" checkbox and press "Apply and Close". 

Close eclipse and start again, wait ~30sec. 
"Refresh using native hooks or polling" is checked (enabled). 


Is there any workaround to disable this permanently so I don't have to disable it every time eclipse starts?
