Did you install your Eclipse with the Eclipse Installer (Oomph) or installed a package? In case of the Eclipse Installer, how did you update? e.g. a popup appeared at start, check for updates menu item. This could be an intermittent issue due to servers not being available. Have you restarted Eclipse and retried?
