i2004-03-26

steps to reproduce:
- maximize editor
- select a BIG method ca. 20 lines
- move this block with alt-up down ...

this is not a regression to build i2004-03-20 ... there its slow too ..
but e.g. build i2004-02-26 is subjective faster (but flickers)

I can see this too but it is not a big difference (might be because my machine
is faster). Difference can also be seen when using text editor.

It performs well for me, but my new machine is quite fast.  Moving to FH to 
investigate.

Please, retest this problem with tomorrow's nightly build (or next week's 
integration case you don't like to run nightly builds).
We released code to fix Bug56089 that improves performance significantly.

I tested it on my machine and it is working just fine.
