Still many keybindings are defined for 'carbon'. These keybinding are only working correctly due to a 'temporal' workaround in BindingPersistence.
It seems that this workaround does not cover all cases with sequence modifiers.

The workaround should be made permanent, and/or all keybindings should be defined for 'cocoa' instead of 'carbon'.
