While copy/paste of files works in the same folder, copy/paste of folders do not. (they work for pasting into another folder)

Steps:
 - select a folder in a project (in Project Explorer)
 - ctrl-C
 - ctrl-V
 
 Result: nothing happens
 Expected: the folder is copied
