The ide doesn't allow edit or view nothing

Hello
Each time I update version (from 201909 to 201912 or 201912 to 202003) I have problems to open Ide 
It says: Se ha producido un error. Vea las anotaciones de error para obtener más detalles.
org/eclipse/jdt/internal/ui/javaeditor/JavaEditor
I' ve discovered that if y delete org.eclipse.ui.workbench the  nest time have not error but the next again the error.
I don't know ao to resolve it for ever.

All the 'Conflicting handlers' error seem to hide the root cause, the start of log is missing:

This is a continuation of log file C:\Users\karincho\eclipse-workspace\.metadata\.bak_2.log
