0. In a perspective where the Outline View is visible
1. Open a couple of editors on different Java source files.
2. Use editor bar chevron to select a different editor.

Observe: the outline view does not update to match the editor

Expectation: it should

3. Clich in the editor pane

Observe: the outline view updates to match the editor
