If you kill your workbench or run with many external changes and "refresh on startup" enabled (by default), script project explorer will froze entire workbench.

It's also extremely heavy during build/refresh/save because often run re-refresh on entire project.

Problem probably should be escalated to DLTK later.

After recent changes in PDT and DLTK looks fine.
