Adjusting the dividing sash, in _any_ way, between the page tree and page contents causes the dialog to grow wider.

Reproducible in 4.15M1 and M2 with the Java Editor Syntax Coloring and Errors/warnings preference pages (affected pages aren't limited to the SDK).
