Currently, content with CSS before/after is categorized as warning (possible error). However, in many cases, it requires user confirmation to determine if the content is decorative or not. So, we will use user check for these errors.

We can check if target before/after has actual content(url, text, etc.) or not (none, empty text, etc.). We will categorize error type and message based on it.
