After renaming a perspective, the perspective name on the perspective bar 
might not be completely shown.

- Activate the checkbox 'Preferences > Workbench > Appearence > Show text on 
the perspective bar'.
- If there are no perspectives open (shown on the perspective bar), open one, 
e.g. 'Java'
- Select menu item 'Window > Save perspective as...' and set the name to 
something longer, e.g. 'JavaFooBar'.

Back on the workbench, the perspective button is not moved and parts of the 
button text (perspective name) is not shown.

Cleaning up defect lists by setting ones without recent traffic to 'REMIND'.

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
