The current internal web browser in Eclipse, exposed as WebBrowserEditor and WebBrowserView, do not provide a way for users to be able to see site information, including the padlock on https:// that other major browser vendors provide.

This is exposed to the user in numerous places, but most visibly by a user choosing Help -> Contribute.
