Below test is already excluded from GTK and MAC:
Test_org_eclipse_swt_widgets_Display#test_postLorg_eclipse_swt_widgets_Event

It passes on Windows7 but it failing on Windows10.


Raised this bug to investigate the test-scenario itself.

Currently planning to disable this JUnit on Win as well.
