Create patch selects the clipboard option again after selecting a file location. This does not sound major but it has the potential for major work loss:
(1)Select some work to create the patch for
(2)Select file location
(3)Select Finish (Without realising it has selected clipboard again)
(4)You override your work thinking it was safe...

Oh dear you have lost your work because it went to the clipboard instead of the file you just selected... :(

Just an additional note - the bug was not present on Oxygen and first release of Photon. (Not used any version in between)

I can't reproduce with Git on Linux/Windows, neither with 4.12 nor with 4.14 head.

Which team provider / OS are you using?

Please provide more detailed steps or a video showing what you do.

I am using svn and my operating system is windows.

Seems to have been fixed in 4.14. (Bug was still present in 4.13)
