Currently if I remove the "Use default location" flag in the new project wizard, it removes the location. I think it is better to leave the default string in the field and allow the user to edit it.

This allows the user to modify the location in cases the project should be in the user home directory but not in the workspace which I think is a common case. Also Browse will not start from the root directory.
