Would be a great enhancement for Bug 540440 if we could configure this to show only for mouse interaction. This way this feature could be used to learn new shorcuts, similar to Mousefeed.

Please add to the N&N also listing the known limitations. For example, triggering Ctrl+3 does not trigger this popup (neither before nor after this development).
