Description Leif Erik Larsen CLA 2004-03-16 05:09:47 EST
When I use the Eclipse IDE for my Java development I strongly miss an easy way
to see the fully qualified name of which Java class that I have open in my
current edit-window. For instance in JBuilder, this is always shown in the
titlebar. Eclipse shows just the short classname it self in the titlebar. Can
you please add an option to display the fully qualified class name in the titlebar?

We currently show the path to the file relative from the workspace. Per Java package specifications, this would include the package name, such as testProject/src/org/eclipse/ui/Test.java. Is this sufficient for you, Leif?

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
