BIRT is not working with Eclipse 2019-06. When I try to open .rptdesign file I am getting an error:

Plug-in org.eclipse.birt.report.designer.ui.ide was unable to load class org.eclipse.birt.report.designer.ui.editors.ReportEditorProxy.

I agree.

This is major! How can this be P3?

Since a few releases, Eclipse is still shipped with BIRT 4.7.

I agree too. It would be nice if the problem could be solved
