build 20011101 - Windows XP

We used to have arrows to indicate, when moving a view, where this view would 
be placed. We don't have it in this build and it is almost impossible to 
rearrange a perspective.

Defect is in SWT component

SWT.Move events were not sent by Tracker because of
changes made to support resizing. This has been
fixed.
