Many menu items are missing from Ctrl-3. All of the main menu items should be available via Ctrl-3, right?

Ctrl-3, Open -> works fine (list Open file, Open Javadoc, Open Model Element etc.)
Ctrl-3, Save -> no result (misses File->Save, File->Save all, Perspective->Save as)
Ctrl-3, Perspective -> no result (misses all the items of the Window->Perspective menu)

IIRC the deprecated actions do not show up in the quickfix menu. Examples are the EGit action.

It depends where you invoke Ctrl+3. I see the Save thing for example, but please be aware that this only comes when you are in a dirty file.

Please provide steps starting with a new workspace and https://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops4/I20190225-0600/ and a new workspace.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. As such, we're closing this bug.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it and reopen this bug. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
