Consider post 3.0.

I'll attach a patch here to remove the 'work in progress' sections of the
preferences page for this and bug 54453.

Trying to keep the code clean. It will be easy enough to put this stuff back in
if/when we add these options.

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
