When I have problems syncing with CVS it pops up a dialog telling me so.

When I have problems running a launch config it pops up a dialog telling me.

But these dialogs are ever increasing...previous error messages are not 
removed.

Will attach pic of dialog.

Just helping to coalesce bugs... this issue is raised in bug 49999. I believe
when we discussed this the answer was to clear all errors from the dialog on close.
