Eclipse IDE configuration taken from about dialog

This was first reported as a bug in our RCP app but it can be reproduced in the Eclipse IDE as well.

You need some way to open a modal dialog, the approach I used is:
1. Disable "Build Automatically"
2. "Clean All" - To maximise build time
3. Start a build
4. Grab a view and start moving it
5. Without releasing the mouse button press CTRL+B to try and start another build.
6. The *modal* dialog saying a build is in progress would wou like to cancel will open and your UI will be locked up you can click anything or place the view.

Tested on RHEL7 GTK3 with the following taken from the IDE configuration output:
org.eclipse.swt.internal.deviceZoom=100
org.eclipse.swt.internal.gdk.backend=x11
org.eclipse.swt.internal.gtk.theme=Adwaita
org.eclipse.swt.internal.gtk.version=3.22.26

Reproducible on 4.13 RC2, and Fedora 30, GTK3.24.
Comment 2 Eclipse Genie CLA 2021-10-20 17:02:06 EDT
This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. As such, we're closing this bug.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it and reopen this bug. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
