Several classes from gmf tooling runtime have been duplciated in Papyrus and are not used (and must not be used : DiagramStructure, DiagramUpdater, UpdaterLinkDescriptor, UpdaterNodeDescriptor. 

The purpose of this bug is to set them as deprecated to remove them in Papyrus 5.0.
