Papyrus duplicated code from gmf tooling. A part of these classes are now duplicated in Papyrus somethimes with a differents signatures methods.

I propose to remove these duplicated classes which won't never used in Papyrus: 
DiagramStructure, DiagramUpdater,UpdatedLinkDescriptor, UpdaterNodeDescriptor
