Description Robert Munteanu CLA 2018-09-13 08:56:42 EDT
When typing in the quick access box I see that the entry from the 'Previous Choices' disappears after the second character has been typed. It does not appear even though there is a perfect match.

Running, Eclipse Java EE IDE for Web Developers.

Version: Photon Release (4.8.0)
Build id: 20180619-1200

On openSUSE Linux x86_64 + Gnome 3.28 .

Marking as minor as the command isn't fully lost and it doesn't cost too much for user to workaround it.
That said, it's still an interesting bug to fix. If you're interested in contributing, I suggest you first add a test for it in QuickAccessDialogTest (there are already some examples to get inspired from). Even if you don't plan to fix it soon, but can work on this test, please submit it to ease further work.

Mickael, I suggest you use the "helpwanted" and "bugday" keyword tags so that such bugs are easier to discover for potential contributors.
