Hi, 


I freshly downloaded Photon and try the new debug view. working great until today when i cannot do any simple action without having a UI freeze. ( do not close eclipse for the whole week ) 

i can into #530450 and remember that the debug perspective had the project explorer opened. closing it resolved the freeze IMMEDIATELY.

How long is the freeze?

Please provide stack dumps and if possible steps to reproduce.

Sorry i did not have any dumps to provide :( 
The freezes took 2-3 seconds, but happened every 10s on the java perspective ( doing 'normal' activities ). very annoying.

The solution was just to close the Project explorer in the debug view, according to https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=530450 comments. 

For info, i'm on MacOS HighSierra...
