In a SashForm, there is no way to give the Sash a 3D look without putting a 
border on the Controls that the Sash separates.  The Sash is just a flat gray 
line, which is not what the user expects a resizeable sash to look like.  The 
look of the Sash should be independent of whether the Controls in the SashForm 
have borders.

No plan to change the Sash appearance. We reserve the right to have this 
look different on platforms which support (useful) native sash controls.
