Once you change to Dark theme and restart in Mac, you are not able to see JavaDoc when mouse over a method or class.

I cannot reproduce the issue with Eclipse SDK Photon on Mac.

Eclipse SDK
Version: Photon (4.8)
Build id: I20180611-0500
OS: Mac OS X, v.10.13.3, x86_64 / cocoa
Java version: 10.0.1

Could you please tell which Eclipse you installed, and how to reproduce the bug?
