Created attachment 274575 [details] Screenshot illustrating the situation The following occurs with the Eclipse IDE for Java Developers Photon RC4, under Ubuntu 18.04. - I have the workbench window maximums and then un-maximize it (either by clicking the middle button in the window bar or by double-clicking the window bar) - Then the workbench window shrinks to a pretty much useless size, showing just the menu bar and the status bar. (See the screenshot) I have observed this both under X11 ("Ubuntu" in gdm) and Wayland ("Ubuntu on Wayland") with both 100% and 200% zoom levels.
I cannot reproduce the issue on GTK3.22, Fedora 28 with X11 and Wayland. Version: 4.9 Build id: I20180712-2000 OS: Linux, v.4.17.3-200.fc28.x86_64, x86_64 / gtk 3.22.30 Java version: 1.8.0_172 I can only see this happening if you resize it first when its un-maximized to showing just the menu bar, and then maximizes and un-maximize it, but I don't think its a bug.
