birtclasspath versus lib content

Hello I am using Birt with smarttrack of Aspera.

From Aspera Smarttrack I can run upload and run Birt reports.

when trying to run from the console using genreport.bat from  it fails.
After investigating in genreport.bat:
jar files set in britclasspath does not match with the content of  reportengine/lib directory. 
Jar files are incorrects (see attachement)

SQL JDBC driver has to be copied in ....\birt\ReportEngine\plugins\org.eclipse.birt.report.data.oda.jdbc_4.2.2.v201212061427
