There are number of cases where I would like to merge using copy/paste 
operations, rather than the copy to left menu operation; but shortcuts 
are not supported which makes it highly error prone.

In 20011220:
- cut/copy/paste/save is supported in Compare Editor and Synch Viewer
- shortcuts for cut/copy/paste are supported in Compare editor and Synch Viewer
- save shortcut is supported in Compare Editor but not in Synch View because
  this is a view part not an editor part.
