Description Mickael Istria CLA 2018-03-01 03:33:47 EST
A typical workflow for browser refresh is that user opens a page in the browser, scrolls to a location of interest and then decide to make a change on it. So they open the editor and make the change and refresh to see the effect. As the browser refreshes, page is shown from the top and user has to scroll again.
It would be much better to keep the position on the page is possible.
That's how Firefox behaves for example.

Actually it seems to work after more careful check.
