Description Fuwei Chin CLA 2018-01-13 03:35:51 EST
Overview:
Clicking 'Find' in the 'Find/Replace' dialog causes RDP connection loss.
I have a RDP connection from MacOS(local) to Windows(remote), on Windows there installed Eclipse.

Steps to Reduce:
  1. Connect to remote computer, launch remote Eclipse
  2. Focus in Text Editor, press Ctrl+F to open the 'Find/Replace' dialog, then click 'Find'. Or, focus in the 'Project' view, press Ctrl+F

Actual Result:
Cannot control the remote computer, with mouse or keyboard

Additional Information:
RDP client: Microsoft Remote Desktop for Mac v8.0.7(build 24875)
RDP server: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro 10.0.14393 64-bit Build 14393

Why do you think this is Eclipse error? May be this is MS RDP client error?

... and what is the state of the remote computer then? Is it crashing, is Eclipse crashed, can you re-connect to remote, do you see any errors?
