When we link a configuration to Prototype from the configuration node, it places it under the Prototype. But when we use the Link action from Prototype tab of Configuration, it does not do so.

The patch handles the case when "Apply" is pressed but if the user does not press "Apply" and tries to select another node, User gets a normal warning to save or cancel, Using save does not refresh the view.
