When a SashLayout is calling layout because the SashForm is being re-sized the layouting is visible in such a way that contained children are flickering.

You can reproduce easily if you are on win32 - if you drag one of the sashs (eg the one between package explorer and editor area) you'll notice the toolbar eg in the outline view jumping around. This is a win32 bug only (eg does not happen on os-x!)

Tested on Windows -> Feels a bit faster to me but I cannot reproduce the error Lother is describing. Now testing on Linux....
