I saw several comments on news groups that CTabFolder is modified to look more
consistent on WinXP, and also several complains that CTabFolder without
antialiasing looks ugly. However WinXP has GDI+ that can be used for painting
with antialiasing. Not so big change IMHO, but Eclipse will look much better
under WinXP.
