Build 3.0 M7

When Junit tests are running, they will update the status bar, even if the 
junit view doesn't have focus. In order to navigate back to the junit view from 
the status bar message, it would be nice if a double click on the bar would 
reveal the associated view (the one which printed last to the status bar).

There is currently no plan to work on this

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
